DLT-3162

📖 Description

Adds a spread prop to DtTabGroup that controls how tabs distribute available horizontal space:

  • none (default) — current behavior
  • grow — tabs expand proportionally to fill space
  • equal — all tabs are the same width regardless of content

CSS modifiers: d-tablist--spread-grow, d-tablist--spread-equal.

💡 Context

Needed for layouts where tabs should fill the full width of their container rather than sizing to content.

I changed Emoji Tabs to use the spread prop too and update it a touch since Tabs changed to be Button-based rather than custom style, and it was broken, e.g. in https://dialtone.dialpad.com/vue/next/index.html?path=/docs/components-emoji-picker--docs
