-phased out deprecated "document.write" functions, converted them all to queryselectors.
-no more js on the html pages, functions are now called in the .js pages. To place an element, users call a function in js, and put an empty div in the html with a class name corresponding to that function.
-thumbnail images and the displaying of page numbers can now be toggled on the archive pages. also, an entire row of the archive now detects clicks from the mouse, as opposed to just a hyperlink in the name.
-also, moved the css file into its own "css" folder, to keep things cleaner.
