Feature request [Mobile UX]: Make long lists scrollable by swiping

Describe
Currently, on Mobile apps the only way to scroll long lists, such as "Settings" is top tap the buttons on the scrollbar, which is hard because they're tiny. Also, these buttons only scroll the cursor one position at a time, which makes scrolling tedious.

This is a proposal to make lists scrollable by swiping, which a standard in mobile apps.

Can we generalize this issue to all scrollable panels in the game? I assume other panels like vendors also don't support this, right?

It's the same with vendor NPCs - you must click the arrow, it only starts scrolling after like making 5 successful hits, and making 3 is an achievement due to how tiny those arrows are :D
