Describe
I've just tried to do some inventory management and Speedbook/spellbind management and discovered that opening/closing mechanic of these two windows doesn't make much sense.
Possibly inherited from vanilla, but I didn't check.
I've later re-checked and inventory can be swapped to spellbook ("B" in default original binds), meaning any right-side panel. Then I've re-checked again and it turns out quests and character (or having two panels open) is exactly the same.
To Reproduce
Four testing scenarios:
- Open speedbook, open any panel -> both are open
- Open any panel(s), open speedbook -> panel(s) get closed, speedbook is open
- Open speedbook, open any panel(s), close any panel(s) -> speedbook is open, any panels not closed are open
- Open speedbook, open any panel(s), close speedbook -> speedbook and all open panels close
I think the scenarios 2 and 4 are not what a user would expect (incongruency given scenarios 1 and 3).
I know it is possible to close speedbook without closing the panels, because that's what happens when you click any skill/spell - only the speedbook closes then.
Expected Behavior
Scenario 2: keep both inventory and speedbook open; scenario 4: keep inventory open.
Additional context
This happens only when the speedbook is opened via keybind.
Clicking on the currently selected spell to open/close the speedbook is not affected.
