…odel vocabulary NeuralOntology.predict now checks whether the given relation (r), head entity (h), and tail entity (t) exist in the model vocabulary before calling predict_topk. Missing entries return an empty list (0 scores) instead of raising an error. Also adds unit tests in TestNeuralOntologyPredictMissingEmbeddings to verify the behaviour with a mocked KGE model.
