Hey, I'm Blessing 👋

Software & Systems Engineer · Building across product, infrastructure, and protocols

I’m a software engineer who enjoys building things across the stack, from customer-facing products and backend services to distributed systems, blockchain infrastructure, and developer tooling.

My work spans TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, and Python, with experience across React/Next.js applications, backend systems, data infrastructure, smart contracts, P2P networking, cryptographic data structures, and protocol-level engineering.

I’m especially drawn to problems where software design, performance, correctness, and real-world usability meet. Sometimes that means shipping a product feature; other times it means reading a protocol specification, investigating how a distributed system behaves, or building lower-level infrastructure.

I also spend a lot of time learning, researching, writing, and contributing to open-source projects around distributed systems, Ethereum, cryptography, and systems engineering.

Also an avid student of the Bible — it keeps me grounded outside the terminal. 🙏

Currently

  • Founding Engineer @ Sereel - building RWA tokenization products and infrastructure
  • Building MerkleForge - tooling and libraries around Merkle trees, proofs, and verification
  • Exploring and contributing to Ethereum protocol/client engineering
  • Building with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Rust, Python, and Solidity
  • Writing about systems, protocols, cryptography, and things I learn along the way
