Providing the JITSI_HOSTNAME environment variable with the desired external hostname prevents the script from prompting for it.

Providing the JITSI_HOSTNAME environment variable with the desired external hostname prevents the script from prompting for it. This can already be done with the LETSENCRYPT_EMAIL environment variable.
