This PR lints the codebase, makes minor adjustments to the
LoadTestfunctional test to fix PHPUnit errors, and adds missing dependencies incomposer.jsonfile.Changes
composer.jsonfile.#[RunTestsInSeparateProcesses]to follow the new changes in Drupal (Reference).
