Description
This PR adds a reusable CI workflow, lints the codebase, and fixes the PHPUnit errors.

ci.ymlthat makes a call to theislandora-module-cireusable workflow fromdigitalutsc/reusable_workflows, passing in the module name and enabling Chromedriver installation.LoadTest.phpby making tests run in separate processes (Reference), fix module name, add theme, and disable strict schema checking in the test case.
