Upload and parse CSV payroll files

For testing you can use test-file.numbers from the project root as an example of valid csv file.

The app is available in production on https://confident-brahmagupta-9b6023.netlify.app/.

In order to run this project locally, you should run inside the project directory:

npm install

npm start

This will run the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
