Polish animated TUI dashboard

Summary

• redesign the live dashboard with a wider framed layout, mood-specific colors, richer copy, and axis status labels
• add frame-based spinner, pulse, animated mood faces, and shimmering progress bars using the existing dashboard refresh loop
• keep the implementation dependency-free and honor NO_COLOR/TERM=dumb
• add tests for ANSI-safe layout helpers and stable progress-bar widths
