The key priorities for this project are: - Determining a longer term roadmap for the development of the Web App - Reviewing and improving the deployment infrastructure and code repository structure - Reviewing and improving the sustainability of the software (better tests and documentation) - Expanding the Database schema to include the full framework (adding training and tooling, etc) - Developing the back-end of the Web App to allow for desired front-end features (users connected via teams, comparing to example profiles, viewing changes over time, customising visualisation options, etc) Timeline of activities (overlapping tasks can be conducted in parallel): - Week 1: Roadmap planning and project management set up - Week 2-4: Infrastructure and code structure and sustainability review - Week 3-4: Expanding Database schema to include full framework (with training and tooling) - Week 5-8: Developing back-end to enable front-end features (in order of priority) - Week 9: Finalising documentation and future roadmap
