About The Pull Request
This PR does a lot of stuff for modular guns. Some numbers that were wrong are fixed, sounds are now much more comprehensive, although still not completely so, damage modifications with baseline quality is now allowed, guns now load based on their mechanism, and the Mk58 now acts like a pistol instead of a strangely shaped rifle.
