Walkthrough

The changes update three GitHub Actions workflow files to expand permissions by adding packages: write and upgrade the referenced reusable workflow version from v1 to v2 in two workflows. No changes were made to logic, triggers, or exported/public code entities.

Changes

File(s) Change Summary
.github/workflows/auto-semver.yml Added packages: write permission to the build job.
.github/workflows/build-image-from-tag-push.yml, .github/workflows/rebuild-image.yml Added packages: write permission and updated reusable workflow reference from v1 to v2.

Poem

A rabbit hopped through YAML fields,
Granting new permissions, wielding shields.
From v1 to v2 the workflows grew,
Now packages can be written too!
With every hop, the CI flows—
Where the garden of actions ever grows.

On second thought, this would end up creating the package (if things were actually building, that is), privately... so let's hold off for now, 'til things are all public.
