Add Django releases 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 in the timeline

This adds Django major version releases in the timeline. Aside from the timeline items, hyperlink leading to the timeline page is added in the main menu.

Very cool! Thanks! I wonder if there's anything we can pack together with these releases? Like screenshots of the admin or some feature highlights?

I was just re-visiting this and adding more info in the timeline. I get the idea that there have been significant features added in every minor release, so the timeline should actually include all of them.

But we should style them differently, since they will otherwise take over.

@harriebird added a bunch of additional things to display releases in a special way. This needs:

• feedback!
• more timeline items for other releases!
• more styling
• language improvements

Will merge this one so we can keep small, tight, incremental changes and so that timeline items don't end up conflicting.
