this creates a small change in creature behavior
creatures will now always prioritize eating over any payday activity

while creatures
-waiting at doors for payday
-moving to the treasure room
they will interrupt these activities to look for food

- enabled the eating state to overwrite salary states.
- wait_at_treasure_room is now also considered a salary activity
- switched the priority of creature_needs_wage and creature_needs_to_eat to prioritize eating

Sounds good. Provided they do not get upset or miss payday over it.
