Why do you prevent mapmakers from blocking/cleansing mad killing or timebomb?

Timebombed creatures and psycho Horned Reapers shouldn't be able to cure themselves. They're supposed to be irreversible anyway. And MAD_KILLING isn't really a spell effect, not above the hood: it's an anger job.

Don't think creatures being tortured should use this.

It was made as a spell effect for mapmaking purpose, you can make a custom spell that inflicts is as a statuse, and it will be temporary. Please consider mapmakers when doing changes.
