Refreshed the bundled minimal workspace uv.lock (dlt 1.29.1 -> 1.30.0, dlthub 0.29.0 -> 0.30.0, starlette 1.3.1 -> 1.6.0, sqlglot 30.14 -> 30.17, setuptools 83.0 -> 84.0) plus the root dev toolchain lock.

The scaffold
uv.lockrefresh from #20:dlt1.29.1 -> 1.30.0,dlthub0.29.0 -> 0.30.0,starlette1.3.1 -> 1.6.0,sqlglot30.14 -> 30.17,setuptools83.0 -> 84.0, plus transitive updates. CI on #20 passed on ubuntu, macos, and windows.
