Reverts #6453 because it was not
published correctly due to release PR bumping the package to be released
but not the root monorepo version (in the root `package.json` file).

Previously revoke token api will revoke and create new refresh token at
the same time.
This PR separate them into:
- `renewRefreshToken` method to renew refresh token from client
- `revokePendingRefreshTokens` method to revoke all pending old refresh
tokens instead from client
