Broaden storage MIME types

Summary

• widen the hosted storage MIME allow-lists to match files that already exist in production
• keep the local-first Supabase workflow intact while avoiding post-merge config failures on production buckets
• preserve room for stricter client-side upload normalisation later

Testing

• npm run supabase:reset
• inspected live production bucket MIME types to confirm existing heic, avif, and application/octet-stream objects
