…esult tracking Refactor the deliveries pipeline to process submissions concurrently via a new `--jobs` option, and introduce explicit partial-completion detection from validation reports. Improve submission/overall summaries and aggregation so fatal-sample subsets are reported as partial instead of silently counted as successful. Signed-off-by: Christoph Auer <cau@zurich.ibm.com>
