Adds a docling-client package, a typescript client for Docling Serve and managed services implementing its API, modeled after the python client. It supports: high-level conversion, bounded multi-document processing, ordinary and batch connectors, every result target, safe presigned-artifact materialization, combined convert-and-chunk jobs, WebSocket and polling task lifecycle, Python-compatible retries and errors, and injectable platform transports.
