docs: correct the explanation of the SE licence

SE productions are in the US public domain, but are not CC0. The parts of the production that are explicitly CC0 are the parts the producer has created for the work: typically the metadata.

No attribution is necessary, it’s all PD or CC0 so you can do with it what you want. It’s just better to be precise here.

As an example, I’ve just completed a Harry Harrison short fiction compilation which wouldn’t be in PD in life+70 jurisdictions for another 56 years but is PD in the US already due to the vagaries of US public domain law. The test file you picked is in a much more obvious place: Purvis died in 1884 so as well as the US PD she’s in the public domain globally (even Mexico which is a life plus 100 jurisdiction). Same goes for the cover art: the artist died in 1903, so again no problems there.
