Updates the testing code to determine the actual filename of
main.jsin the build output rather than relying on a hardcoded path inintern.json. Also changes the build to a single bundle, since loadingmain.jsdoesn't work as expected when it's a separate bundle file.If this has unacceptable implications for performance I can look into an alternative fix.
This needs the changes in dojo/cli-build-app#409 to be released or it will break the build configuration.
