• Added functionality to set specific share ratios for specific trackers
• Env var QBIT_SET_DEFAULT_QBIT_RATIO will force the MAX share ratio on ALL torrents from the env var QBIT_RATIO_TRESHOLD
• Env var QBIT_SET_TRACKERS_QBIT_RATIO will force the MAX share ratio on the specific torrents that are specified in QBIT_TRACKERS_WITH_RATIO_TRESHOLD
• Add the name of the specified tracker in the env var QBIT_TRACKERS_WITH_RATIO_TRESHOLD to the torrent's tag (if it matched with the torrent's tracker)
• Add the tracker's name from the env var QBIT_TRACKERS_WITH_RATIO_TRESHOLD in the discord report message
