Ubuntu 26.04 LTS ("Resolute Raccoon", codename
resolute) is being added to Dokku in dokku/dokku#8768, but therelease-packagecloud-debtarget does not publish toubuntu/resolute, so packages are unavailable for that release. This adds anubuntu/resolutepush line for bothamd64andarm64mirroring the existingubuntu/noblelines so the next release ships a package for Ubuntu 26.04.Ref dokku/dokku#8768
