cec create-site - supports -u option to keep same asset GUIDS for content from the content template within the site template when creating the site. This simplifies T2P for propagation of a site the second time.

cec transfer-site - can specify source and destination servers to transfer a site. Site is created in destination using same ASSET IDs, so cec transfer-site can be called multiple times, and with subsequent execution the site and assets are updated, not recreated.
