Pull Request Overview
This PR enhances the CI/CD workflow by consolidating jobs and adding semantic-release automation for automatic versioning and publishing to npm. The workflow now runs on pushes to main, next, and version tag branches in addition to pull requests.
- Merged the lint job into a comprehensive lint-test-build-release job
- Added semantic-release automation with GitHub and npm token configuration
- Added placeholders for unit and E2E tests (currently disabled)
