Add DLC Icons to distinguish content #17

Description

@dotSp0T

Part of #14

In order to distinguish where chains and content are from, we should add DLC Names and/or Icons.

Required:

  • create sections with coloured borders and a legend, around DLC content that can be sectioned off (e.g. around the Jornalero and Obrero consumables sections). Similar in the base style of html fieldset + legend tags ( https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_form_elements.asp )
  • create coloured borders around recipes that have been added by dlc, but are organized in generic sections (e.g. the Aluminium chain in Building Materials).
  • add DLC icons and lightly coloured background to parts of chains, that come from different DLC (e.g. the New World Cattle Farm in the Artisan's Goulash chain)
  • create legend page (or section if we already have a legend/glossary page) that gives an overview for DLC icons and colours

Additional Ideas:

  • create links from chain-elements that come from a DLC to the DLC main page? or alternatively to the legend page. The link should be placed on the DLC icon, as the main icon links to the wiki
  • use shaded background not only for single parts of chains, but also for whole chains and dlc related areas/pages. Will have to check with pdf generation and printing about readability and colour-consumption on printers...
