Put the net 8 templates in
dotnet-scaffold\aspnet\templates\net8.0Added None compile to the
.csprojbecause these files are also inVS.Web.CG.Mvc. When these templates are in use, I will remove theVS.Web.CG.Mvcdependency and also this none compile in the project file.
