Pull Request Overview
This pull request updates the ASP.NET Core branding version by bumping the patch version from 16 to 17 and toggling the baseline validation setting.
- Update the AspNetCorePatchVersion value to 17
- Disable baseline validation by setting ValidateBaseline to false
