Unquarantines
HttpConnectionManagerTests.CriticalErrorLoggedIfApplicationDoesntComplete, which has been passing 100% for 60+ days in the quarantined-tests pipeline (320 passes, 0 failures across all 30/30 builds in the last 30 days on pipeline 84).The test was quarantined on 2026-04-23 (over 4 months ago) tracking dotnet/runtime#126735. It has never been re-quarantined since then (issue 126735 is not on the permanent re-quarantine list), so it is safe to remove the
[QuarantinedTest]attribute.Original tracking issue: dotnet/runtime#126735 (cross-repo issue — not using the
Closeskeyword since GitHub does not reliably auto-close issues across repositories/orgs).A maintainer/contributor can add the
no-unquarantine-for-30-dayslabel to this PR to tell the workflow not to touch this test again for 30 days.
