Updates the docs-verifier GitHub Actions workflow to use newer pinned revisions of key third-party actions, and switches the docs verifier action reference to the dotnet/docs-tools repository.
Changes:
- Bumped
step-security/harden-runnertov2.20.0(pinned SHA). - Bumped
actions/checkouttov7.0.0(pinned SHA). - Switched the verifier action from
dotnet/docs-actions/actions/docs-verifiertodotnet/docs-tools/actions/docs-verifierand removed the step that deleted the.githubdirectory before validation.
Added step to hide the .github folder before validation.
