This is the result of: > darc update-dependencies --channel '.NET 11.0.1xx SDK'
Looks like the target framework in the output path is still "net10.0", which makes it complicated because DOTNET_TFM=net11.0 now, and we can't calculate the output path properly. Avoid the whole problem by not adding the target framework to the output path.
