The PR adds generational decaying for anchored grains in LAR to prevent the raw
BlockedBloomFilterfrom getting permanently saturated with old grains over time. It is implemented as a configurable N-gen sliding window that drops cold grains while keeping hot ones anchored.Microsoft Reviewers: Open in CodeFlow
