Interesting. Arcade doesn't have infra that publishes to nuget.org? How is runtime team doing this? |

they do. we don't currently publish packages from the VMR though so we are not part of it. Our packages are published to nuget.org manually alongside VS releases. We want to switch at some point - dotnet/roslyn#78297 |
