Moves the Windows Spanish CI leg to run on rolling builds.

I'm ok with adding a Spanish ubuntu leg. I do not think the only leg of a major system version should be in a foreign language. Sometimes tests only fail on one leg, and since most of the team is on Windows and speaks English, it is important that failures from that leg are understandable to the team. (Note: if adding a leg is the goal, which it somewhat seems like it is from the diff, consider changing the PR name to something like "Add new Spanish leg for linux single machine" or similar). |
