Resolve conflicts and rebase PR #107

This submission resolves the conflicts in PR #107 by rebasing the intended change (adding INSTRATION.md) onto the latest test-on-circleci-with-symfony-panther-test01 branch. Unrelated commits that were causing conflicts have been removed, resulting in a single clean commit that adds the documentation.
