Improve exposed UI plugin

improve the plugin readability:

• better VULNERABILITY_REPORT_DESCRIPTION
• better VULNERABILITY_REPORT_RECOMMENDATION
• lower the default severity to HIGH as there are other plugins that will raise it if necessary
