Community Support

For support, you can raise an issue describing a bug you found when using Alibaba Dragonwell, and we will work with you to resolve it. You may also join the DingTalk group via 35434688(DingTalk group chat number) to participate in the discussion and ask for help.

Release Roadmap

Since 2021, one feature OpenJDK release will be designated as a Long Term Supported (LTS) release every two years. We will support LTS releases such as 8,11,17,21, etc.

OpenJDK provides a maintenance/security update based on each LTS version quarterly. The release dates for those updates are typically January, April, July, and October. We will follow this schedule for publishing Alibaba Dragonwell binary releases to ensure you get the latest, free, most secure builds. The below table summarizes Dragonwell's support calendar：
