Update images names for risky containers demo

This pull request updates the documentation for the "Risky Containers" tutorial to use the ghcr.io/drasi-project/my-app container image instead of the previous drasidemo.azurecr.io/my-app image across all code samples, examples, and database scripts. This change ensures consistency and reflects the current image repository location.

Container image reference updates:

• Updated the image reference in the sample RiskyImage PostgreSQL table to ghcr.io/drasi-project/my-app:0.1.
• Changed the Kubernetes Pod payload example to use the new image path ghcr.io/drasi-project/my-app:0.1.
• Modified the SQL insert statement to reference ghcr.io/drasi-project/my-app:0.2 instead of the old image path.
• Updated the kubectl set image command to use ghcr.io/drasi-project/my-app:0.3.
