feat: landing page

Summary

• Replaces the React landing page with a fully static HTML/CSS page
• Hero section with overlay product mockup, official Stellar SVG mark, and scroll-triggered number counters
• Protocol cards (Blend Capital + DeFindex) with real inline SVG logos used as card backgrounds, each tinted with the protocol's brand color
• Vercel deployment configured for static serving from apps/landing

Test plan

• Visit the deployed Vercel preview and confirm hero layout renders correctly on desktop and mobile
• Scroll into the stats section and verify the 33.7% and 6.2% counters animate
• Confirm Blend Capital (green) and DeFindex (lavender) cards display correct logo backgrounds
• Click both protocol card links and confirm they open the correct external URLs
• Submit the waitlist form with a valid email and verify the success state appears
