Reordered first sleep and `xdotool` because otherwise it doesn't copy text. Also make `xdotool` optional using PRIMARY (selection) but text won't be replaced if `xdotool` isn't found.

This is a translation of the Python script to output a Bash rather an AH script, which functions similarly for X environments (depending on
xselandxdotooltools). It's supposed to run with keybinding set in desktop environment or using a hotkey daemon (such as sxkhkd).
