Bug: Corrupted version field contains URL instead of version number

The whatwg-url entry in the legacy dependencies section of package-lock.json has its version field set to "https://registry.npmjs.org/whatwg-url/-/whatwg-url-5.0.0.tgz" instead of the correct version number "5.0.0". The resolved field is also missing. Compare this to line 2466 in the node_modules section where the same package is correctly formatted with version: "5.0.0" and a separate resolved field. This corruption could cause issues with npm install or tools that parse the lockfile.
