Malformed package-lock.json version field contains URL

The whatwg-url dependency within addons-linter has a malformed version field that contains the resolved registry URL ("https://registry.npmjs.org/whatwg-url/-/whatwg-url-5.0.0.tgz") instead of the semantic version "5.0.0". Additionally, the resolved field is missing entirely. This lockfile corruption could cause npm installation failures or unexpected dependency resolution behavior.
