Package-lock.json has corrupted version field with URL
The version field for whatwg-url under addons-linter in the legacy dependencies section is incorrectly set to a URL (https://registry.npmjs.org/whatwg-url/-/whatwg-url-5.0.0.tgz) instead of the semver version 5.0.0. The resolved field is also missing from this entry. This corruption could cause npm installation failures or inconsistent dependency resolution, especially with older npm versions that rely on the legacy dependencies format.
