1. 更新港澳台数据,并将港澳台数据迁移到extra文件 2. 将数据key值改为与国家统计局code一致,不做处理 3. 更改直辖市城市在省市区结构中显示为直辖市名称,在省市结构中显示为直辖市下属区县
