- Replace "squads" (which we no longer have) with "teams"
- Add the "week in progress" Trello board which is a more focused view of the work in Maintenance and Support
GovPress no longer has squads. Instead we have a Maintenance and Support Team, with a reasonably fixed membership and sprinting teams which are formed around client needs. This commit changes the language in our Playbook pages to reflect this.
As well as the large backlog we also have a smaller Trello board that consists of work for the current week.
