Automatic enabled approved usages cases
With this ticket any time a CUF downloadable content is added to data package, teaching is added to approved usages. Scientific usage is added as a standard approved usage.
Database update
PR also contains a MongoDB script, that adds approved usages to all data packages and sets scientific usage as a default.
