Added "resident," "standard," and "enhanced" subgroups by request `mode_studied` is defined as `e-bike`, but it needs to match one of the label options. Changed `e_bike` to `e-bike` (and for consistency, also changed `e_bikeshare` to `e-bikeshare`)
